Join the evening hypnobirthing course, spread over four evenings in Romford, Essex. 


You will learn everything you need to know to prepare you and your birth partner for a calm, confident birth. Course fee includes, you and your birth partners attendance, course materials, The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves and my on-call support right up until the birth of your baby.


 Classes start at 7pm and finish around 9/9:30pm.
