However a hypnobirthing course is a comprehensive antenatal course, as it encompasses all of these elements. It also makes you aware of the alternative choices that you might like to consider. By being fully informed you are able to make the right decisions about labour and birth for you and your baby. A hypnobirthing course gives you the confidence to ask the right questions, whilst at the same time preparing you for birth with a more relaxed attitude.
