Video: Gentle C-Sections

Each week we like to share a video with you.

This week are a looking at gentle c-sections, as explained by the Jentle Childbirth Foundation. This is still major surgery, but the video explains to you how you can ask your caregivers to treat your birth experience as a personal and memorable event, rather than simply a medical procedure.

Not all hospitals will be accommodating, but it is your right to ask for the birth that you would like to have and have your wishes respected. 

I share this video to show you that with the right caregivers, you can give birth via c-section and include many of the aspects that you would have thought about in a vaginal birth.
